  • Q1. Why am I receiving a new Partner Code? 

We’re updating our systems to align with GDPR data protection standards. Your new Partner Code gives you secure access to your giving record, contact preferences, and partnership details. 

  • Q2. What do I need to do with my Partner Code? 

When you receive your Partner Code by email, use it as the Standing Order reference when setting up giving. This ensures your record is fully up to date and that we can contact you according to your preferences. 

  • Q3. I haven’t received my Partner Code — what should I do? 

Please check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received it after a few days, use the form below to let us know so we can resend it securely. 

  • Q4. Is my data safe? 

Yes. Festival of Life is committed to GDPR compliance. Your information is stored securely and only used to support your partnership, giving, and event communications. 

  • Q5. Who can I contact if I need help?

Partnership Activation Workflow

A partner is considered activated once they have set up a Standing Order using their Partner Code as the payment reference. 

Process for new partners: 

  1. Receive Partner Code by email (include giving details + instructions). 

  1. Set up a Standing Order in their bank using the provided Standing Order details  

  1. Reply to the Partner Code email OR fill in a 1-minute confirmation form.

  2. Admin team reconciles new Standing Orders weekly by matching bank reference to Partner Code.

 

How to Set Up Your Standing Order

To activate your FOL partnership, please set up a monthly Standing Order using the following bank details: 

Account Name: Festival of Life (RCCG) 
Bank: Barclays Bank 
Sort Code: 20-74-63 
Account Number: 80957682 
Reference: Your Partner Code (e.g., P25XXXXX) 

Step-by-step: 

 Log into your bank’s app or online banking. 

  1. Select Set up a Standing Order. 

  1. Use your Partner Code as the payment reference. 

  1. Choose the amount and date for your monthly giving. 

  1. Submit and save confirmation. 

Once set up, please complete the Standing Order Activation Form or reply to your Partner Code email.
